3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Do you love warm, soft, delicious cookies…? What about ones that are SO easy to make? We’ve got the perfect recipe for you!

You can also use this recipe as a base to add desired flavors and toppings to. For example, feel free to add in chocolate chips, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, coconut, etc…

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup peanut butter (smooth)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth
  3. Spoon out dough, shape into balls, and place on parchment paper on a baking tray
  4. Indent the tops of the cookies with a fork to add texture
  5. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

And that’s it! It’s really that simple. You can store them in the fridge or freezer to keep them fresh for longer.
