Single Serving Peach Crumble

We are confident that we have created the perfect dessert to transition you from summer to fall! This peach crumble uses one of our favourite summer fruits while simultaneously giving us all the cozy fall vibes. This is also a SINGLE serving recipe so it’s perfect for those nights you want a quick and easy dessert requiring minimal ingredients and no fuss. You can have this tasty recipe whipped up in less than 20 minutes and you probably already have most of the ingredients in your kitchen! Be sure to give this recipe a try before the peach season ends.

Ingredients:

  • ⅛ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp sugar of choice (we used coconut sugar)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 ripe peach, chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar of choice (we used coconut sugar)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • optional toppings: whipped cream, ice cream or yogurt

Method:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the flour, oats, sugar and melted butter to form the crumble
  2. To an oven-safe ramekin/dish, add the chopped peaches, sugar and cinnamon and mix.
  3. Place the crumble on top of the peaches.
  4. Bake for 15-20 mins at 375F.
  5. Top with whipped cream, ice cream or yogurt.
