Chunky Monkey Overnight Oats

We know how rushed and busy weekday mornings can be – trying to get out the door for school or work, but a filling, satisfying breakfast can give you the energy for a great start to your day! It doesn’t have to be hard or time consuming, make this Chunky Monkey Overnight Oats recipe ahead of time and keep in the fridge for 3-4 days ready to go for those busy mornings! Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats (gluten-free, if desired)
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp ground flax, chia seeds, and/or hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp coconut shavings
  • ½ tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 chopped banana

Recipe

  1. Mix together all ingredients in an airtight container or mason jar.
  2. Leave in the fridge overnight (minimum) or up to 3-4 days.
  3. Pull out when ready to eat, you may need to add more milk or water to obtain desired consistency.
