EASY Orange Almond Granola
PSA: you HAVE to add orange zest to your granola! Trust us, it will change your homemade granola game. Try this with our smoothie bowl recipes, yogurt or even as a snack!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- zest of 1 large orange
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, coconut oil, and the orange zest. Set it aside so that the orange zest can infuse the maple syrup.
- In a medium bowl, combine and mix the oats, almonds, cinnamon and salt together.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix everything until every oat is coated.
- Spread and pack the granola as one even layer onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes in, and then toss the granola around to ensure even browning. Bake for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
