Plant Based Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are a delicious, gorgeous way to incorporate more fruit and plant-based proteins into your morning. They can also be used a refreshing snack! We love smoothies, and smoothie bowls, because of how easy it is to make them just how YOU like them – plus we love arranging them in an aesthetic way. This recipe uses frozen fruit which is an affordable, healthy alternative to fresh fruit during the winter seasons when fruit may not be as available. Did you know that frozen is just as healthy as fresh!? As always, if you try this recipe, tag us in your photos @VancouverDietitians on Facebook and Instagram!
